Job Details:

Minimum requirements are as follows:

-500 hours PIC time on A320

-Total time 3000 hours

-Valid ATP license with no limitations, valid passport, Class A Medical

-Maximum age 57

-Must be from a country which has diplomatic relations with China

-ICAO English level 4 certification

-Last flight on type within 12 months

Domicile: Hangzhou, China (100 miles SW of Shanghai)

Contract Term: 3 years, renewable

Contract Options: Loong Air will offer 4 flexible scheduling options for A320 Captains. All amounts are AFTER TAX.

 

Option A (Live in China) — 45 days off per year: $23,833 per month

Option B — Commuting 6 weeks on/2 weeks off: $21 ,667 per month

Option C — Commuting 6 weeks on/3 weeks off: $19,783 per month

Option D – Commuting 4 weeks on/4 weeks off: $15,167 per month

  1. Up to $40,000 signing bonus. Amount depends on how quickly you can report.
  2. $15,000 relocation allowance

Includes base salary, travel allowance, safety bonus and annual bonus

-Base salary:

o Option A: $19,500/mo. (80 hours per month)

o Option B: $17,500/mo. (70 hours per month)

o Option C: $16,000/mo. (60 hours per month)

o Option D: $12,000/mo. (75 hours per month)

-Additional benefits

o Housing Allowance: $1 ,500/mo.

o Travel Allowance: $500/mo.

o Safety bonus:

-Option A: $16,000

-Option B: $14,000

-Option C: $13,000

-Option D: $8,000.

o Contract Completion Bonus: $36,000

o Overtime: $300/hr.

-Training pay: $400/day. Hotel provided during training. Full pay from start of line training.

-Medical/Dental/Loss of license insurance: Optional International Medical and Dental program

CAAC license holders:

Date of full salary start

Date of Hire shall be the day following to the date when CAAC license’s holder passes LOONG AIR company SIM check and/or CAAC SIM check if necessary.

Full salary shall be accrued from the Date of Hire and will be paid to the Pilot after the Pilot physically reported to LOONG IR in Hangzhou. The Pilot shall physically report to LOONG AIR within 30 days from the Date of Hire. In the case that the pilots can’t report within 30days from Date of Hire, the accrual of salary will stop from the 31st day until the Pilot physically report to LOONG AIR. The salary will be paid to pilots in the month following to the month when pilots physically reports to Loong Air.

Signing bonus

If the Pilot physically report to LOONG AIR in Hangzhou within 20 days after the Date of Hire, LOONG AIR shall provide the aid pilot with $40,000USD (NET amount) of Signing Bonus.

If the Pilot physically report to LOONG AIR in Hangzhou between the 21st day and the 30th day after the Date of Hire, LOONG AIR shall provide the said pilot with $20,000USD (NET amount) of Signing Bonus.

Signing Bonus will be paid within 5 business days after the day when the Pilot was assigned to be fully qualified captain of LOONG AIR.

Relocation Allowance

USD $15,000 (NET amount) will be paid to pilots within 5 business days after pilots physically reported to Loong Air.

WHO IS LOONG AIR?

Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co., Ltd. was established on 19 April 2011 with approval by the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC). As a multifunctional air transport company, Zhejiang Loong Airlines provides both passenger and cargo transport service. Its flight operations are based out of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in Zhejiang province. The establishment of Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co., Ltd. is a milestone that Zhejiang, a powerful economic province, has put an end to the history of no local civil aviation, and embraces the new era of aviation development.

On 16 February 2013, the company was given approval by CAAC to enter the passenger transport market, and to change its name from CDI Cargo Airlines Ltd. to Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co., Ltd. On 26 July 2013, Loong Airlines received the new Public Air Transport Business Certificate to enlarge the business scope to cover domestic passenger transport, domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan) and international cargo and mail air transport. The main business includes domestic passenger air transport, domestic and international cargo air transport, air express, aircraft maintenance, extended service of passenger and cargo air transport.

On 9 August 2012, the airline commenced operation of cargo transport. It launched successively Hangzhou-QingdaoGuangzhou route, Hangzhou-Qingdao-Changchun route, and Kunming-Guangzhou-Nantong-Kunming route. In December 2013, the first two A320 aircraft landed in Hangzhou. On 29 December 2013, Zhejiang Loong Airlines introduced its first passenger flight with complete success, and then established passenger transport routes from Hangzhou to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Xi’an, Yinchuan, Luoyang successively.

In the first half of year 2014, the airline plans to order 4 brand new Airbus A320 which will be delivered and start operation in March, April, May and June respectively. In the latter half, 3 more passenger aircrafts will be ordered. By then, the passenger fleet will consist of 12 aircrafts, including 9 A320 passenger aircrafts and 3 8737 cargo aircrafts. On 20 December 2013, Zhejiang Loong Airlines has officially signed an agreement with Airbus for the purchase of 20 Airbus A320 series aircrafts which shall be delivered and start flying by 2020. The airline plans to increase destinations of Beijing, Qingdao, Kunming, Xiamen, Lanzhou, Nanchang, Guilin, Urumchi, Nanning, Xining, Hohhot, Sanya, Haikou, Shijiazhuang, Guiyang and so on, in this way to expand its airline networks and enhance its competitive edge.
