Job Details:
Minimum Requirements:
500+ hours PIC on type
Current on type within 12 months
3000+ hours total time
Must be between 30 and 52 years of age
Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)
No license limitations – If you have the Circ-approach VMC only” limitation on your license, you must get the limitation removed before you can begin training. You can attend the interview with the limitation on your license, but it must be removed before the CAAC check ride. Tianjin Airlines will reimburse applicants who
are successful in the interview (including CAAC check ride).
Domicile: Tianjin, China (90 miles south of Beijing) or Xilan, China.
Compensation (net): UP TO $260,000 per year!
Option 1: Monthly salary including allowances and bonus:
90 days paid leave: $21 ,618
100 days paid leave: $20,908
110 days paid leave: $20,138
120 days paid leave: $19,492
130 days paid leave: $18,784
Option 2:
4 weeks on / 4 weeks off: $15,238
2 weeks on / 2 weeks off: $15,238
Option 3:
6 Weeks on, 2 weeks off: $21 ,546
6 weeks on, 3 weeks off: $19,351
Contract Term: 3 years renewable
Benefits:
Travel Allowance: $8,000 per year (paid $2k per quarter) included in above amount
Overtime over 80 hours: $210/hr.
Bonus: (included in above amounts)
After completion of 1st year – $12,000
After completion of 2nd year – $18,000
After completion of subsequent years – $23,000
Training pay: 60% of salary during ground school (maximum 60 days). 80% Salary from 61 st day until notification of assignment as Captain.
5 days of Sick Leave per year
1/2 of your salary is paid directly by Tianjin Airlines. 1/2 of your salary will be paid by Wasinc, and deposited in the bank of your choice. Expat tax benefits may apply.

Additional Information:
Chinese income taxes will be paid by Tianjin Airlines. Expat status may dramatically reduce your national tax liability. Consult your CPA for tax advice.
